聶梟，男，1983年出生於中國河南省安陽市，是一名中國內地的演說家與商業培訓講師。他早年曾從事過多種體力勞動，隨後投身於教育培訓行業。在教學過程中，他以誇張的演講風格以及那句標誌性的口號「聽懂掌聲」在網路上迅速走紅並受到廣泛關注，期間也曾創立了上海君領天下文化傳播集團。在商業培訓中，聶梟主要主張「花錢買格局」、「永動機賺錢法」等理論，並曾狂妄地自封為「培訓界凱撒大帝」。

到了2023年，聶梟開始轉型為「養生大師」，並將名字更名為「凱撒大帝」。他對外宣稱，大眾能透過他所傳授的養生功法來達到返老還童等奇特功效。然而，他的職業生涯一直伴隨著巨大的社會爭議。他旗下所屬的上海君領天下文化傳播有限公司，曾因為深陷債務糾紛而被法院列為失信被執行人。此外，由於他在培訓課程中大肆提倡過度消費、收取高昂的課程費用，甚至曾與主辦方發生過激烈衝突，這些事件都讓他受到了輿論的廣泛批評。他也因此被大眾指責為「偽大師」，並被視為「傳銷式」洗腦培訓的典型代表人物之一。

Nie Xiao, born in 1983 in Anyang City, Henan Province, is a mainland Chinese speaker and business training lecturer. In his early years, he engaged in various forms of manual labor before entering the education and training industry. He later gained widespread attention online for his exaggerated performing style and his signature catchphrase, "Applause if you understand," eventually founding the Shanghai Junling Tianxia Culture Communication Group. In his business training programs, Nie Xiao promoted theories such as "spending money to expand one's mindset" and the "perpetual motion money-making method," while self-aggrandizingly dubbing himself the "Julius Caesar of the Training Industry."

In 2023, Nie Xiao transitioned into a "health and wellness master," changing his moniker directly to "Julius Caesar" and claiming that his wellness techniques could help practitioners achieve rejuvenation and reverse aging.

His career, however, has been mired in immense controversy. His company, Shanghai Junling Tianxia Culture Communication Co., Ltd., was listed as a dishonest judgment debtor by the courts due to ongoing debt disputes. Furthermore, he has faced widespread public criticism for promoting excessive consumerism during his seminars, charging exorbitant fees for his courses, and clashing with event organizers. As a result, he is widely denounced by the public as a "fake master" and viewed as a representative figure of pyramid-scheme-style brainwashing training.
