2025年4月8日18時30分許，上海地鐵1號線列車內發生一起猥褻案件。一名41歲、姓姚的男子在列車行駛途中，於車廂內對一名女乘客實施猥褻行為。受害女子當場驚恐不已，並在事後發現褲子上沾有不明液體，疑似為涉案男子遺留。

事件發生後，車廂內多名乘客對姚男的不當行為表示強烈不滿。姚男見群眾情緒激動，企圖以言語緩和現場氣氛，卻又試圖伸手搶奪另一名女乘客正在使用的手機，試圖阻止拍攝與報警行為，行徑更加惡劣。

所幸乘客反應及時，合力將姚某制服，並於列車抵站後將其扭送至公安機關。警方經調查取證後，依法對姚某作出行政拘留處分。

Man Detained After Sexual Assault and Attempted Phone Theft on Shanghai Metro

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on April 8, 2025, a sexual harassment incident occurred aboard a train on Shanghai Metro Line 1. A 41-year-old man, surnamed Yao, sexually assaulted a female passenger while the train was in motion. The victim was visibly distressed, and later discovered an unidentified liquid on her pants, suspected to have been left by the perpetrator.

Following the incident, multiple passengers in the carriage expressed strong outrage over Yao’s inappropriate behavior. Attempting to ease the tension, Yao tried to defuse the situation verbally, but then worsened matters by reaching for another woman’s phone—presumably in an effort to stop her from recording the incident or contacting authorities.

Thanks to the quick response of fellow passengers, Yao was restrained on the spot and handed over to public security officials upon the train’s arrival at the next station. After investigation and evidence collection, police imposed administrative detention on Yao in accordance with the law.
