孫小果是中國雲南省臭名昭著的黑幫老大，其犯罪生涯充滿令人髮指的暴力、性侵、賄賂與權力濫用。他的案件之所以引起全國震驚，不僅因為其犯罪行為的殘忍，更因為他本應被執行死刑，卻通過家族關係與司法腐敗的保護網多次逃脫法律制裁，甚至在被判刑後仍能在外繼續犯罪，嚴重挑戰中國的法律與社會正義。

孫小果的犯罪歷史可追溯至1990年代，當時他已是雲南昆明一帶惡勢力的核心人物。1994年，年僅19歲的孫小果就因強姦罪被逮捕，但由於其母親孫鶴予（時任昆明市公安局官員）與繼父李橋忠（曾任昆明市五華區公安局副局長）的運作，將年齡下修到未成年的17歲，因次未被追究刑事責任，僅被判處三年有期徒刑，卻通過保外就醫等手段實際未服刑。這一特權成為他日後變本加厲犯罪的開端。

1997年至1998年間，孫小果及其團夥犯下多起極端惡劣的罪行，包括綁架、強姦、故意傷害、非法拘禁等。其中最令人髮指的是他對多名年輕女性的性侵與虐待。據公開資料顯示，他曾強姦多名未成年少女，並對受害者實施極端暴力，包括用牙籤刺乳頭、煙頭燙身體、毆打至重傷等。其中一名受害者因不堪折磨跳樓逃生，導致重傷。孫小果的暴行在當地引發公憤，民間稱其為「昆明惡霸」。

1998年，孫小果因強姦、強制侮辱婦女、故意傷害等罪名被判處死刑。然而，令人震驚的是，這一判決並未真正執行。在其父母與背後保護傘的運作下，孫小果通過虛假的「發明專利」和「重大立功表現」等理由，多次減刑，最終改判為有期徒刑20年。更離奇的是，他甚至在服刑期間以「李林宸」之名在外經商，繼續經營夜店等生意，並組織黑社會性質的活動。

2010年左右，孫小果提前出獄，並迅速重返犯罪活動。他利用家族關係與金錢賄賂，在昆明娛樂行業中建立勢力，旗下夜店成為毒品交易、暴力犯罪與性剝削的溫床。2018年，孫小果因涉毆打民眾再次被逮捕，此時公眾才發現，本應早已被處決的他竟一直逍遙法外。此案引發中央高度關注，2019年雲南省高院再審後維持死刑判決，並於2020年2月執行。

Sun Xiaoguo is a notorious gangster from China's Yunnan province whose criminal career was marked by heinous violence, sexual assault, bribery and abuse of power. His case shocked the whole country not only because of the cruelty of his crime, but also because he should have been executed, but he escaped legal sanctions many times through family connections and the protection of judicial corruption. He was even able to continue committing crimes abroad after being sentenced, which seriously challenged China's laws and social justice.

Sun Xiaoguo's criminal history can be traced back to the 1990s, when he was already a core figure in the evil forces in Kunming, Yunnan. In 1994, Sun Xiaoguo, who was only 19 years old, was arrested for rape. However, thanks to the operations of his mother Sun Heyu (then an official of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau) and stepfather Li Qiaozhong (former deputy director of the Wuhua District Public Security Bureau of Kunming), his age was lowered to 17, a minor. As a result, he was not held criminally responsible and was only sentenced to three years in prison, but he did not actually serve his sentence through medical parole and other means. This privilege became the beginning of his increasingly serious crimes in the future.

Between 1997 and 1998, Sun Xiaoguo and his gang committed many extremely serious crimes, including kidnapping, rape, intentional injury, and illegal detention. The most outrageous of these is his sexual assault and abuse of multiple young women. According to public information, he raped several underage girls and committed extreme violence against the victims, including piercing their nipples with toothpicks, burning their bodies with cigarette butts, and beating them to serious injuries. One of the victims jumped out of the building to escape due to the torture and was seriously injured. Sun Xiaoguo's atrocities aroused public outrage in the local area, and people called him the "Kunming bully."

In 1998, Sun Xiaoguo was sentenced to death for rape, forced insult to women, and intentional injury. Shockingly, however, this ruling was never actually enforced. With the help of his parents and the protectors behind him, Sun Xiaoguo had his sentence reduced several times through false reasons such as "invention patents" and "significant meritorious service", and was eventually sentenced to 20 years in prison. What is even more bizarre is that he even did business under the name "Li Linchen" while serving his sentence, continued to operate nightclubs and other businesses, and organized underworld activities.

Around 2010, Sun Xiaoguo was released from prison early and quickly returned to criminal activities. He used family connections and monetary bribes to build power in Kunming's entertainment industry, and his nightclubs became hotbeds for drug trafficking, violent crime and sexual exploitation. In 2018, Sun Xiaoguo was arrested again for allegedly beating people. It was only then that the public realized that he, who should have been executed long ago, had been at large. This case attracted great attention from the central government. In 2019, the Yunnan Provincial High Court upheld the death sentence after retrial and it was executed in February 2020.

The Sun Xiaoguo case exposed serious corruption problems in China's judicial system. His parents used their power and money to interfere with the judicial process for a long time, and even brought a death row prisoner back to life. The case prompted the Chinese government to launch a nationwide campaign to crack down on organized crime and crack down on judicial corruption. Sun Xiaoguo's mother Sun Heyu and stepfather Li Qiaozhong were also sentenced to heavy penalties for crimes such as favoritism, abuse of power and bribery.
