據警方通報，12日上午約11時30分，日本山梨縣中央市西花輪一處公寓發生一起傷人事件。無業男子小原俊（年齡未公開）涉嫌在同一公寓的外走廊上，持菜刀襲擊一名55歲男性住戶，並朝其頸部揮砍，企圖造成致命傷害。

受害男性隨後被緊急送往醫院救治，所幸目前並無生命危險。警方指出，嫌疑人行兇後駕車逃離現場，隨後於其親屬住所內被警方控制並逮捕。在警方訊問過程中，小原俊已承認相關指控，並供述稱：「確實有用菜刀砍向對方，也曾有希望對方去死的想法。」目前，警方正以兩人之間可能存在糾紛為方向，進一步調查事件的詳細經過及行兇動機。

According to police reports, an incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. on the 12th in a residential apartment building in Nishihanawa, Chuo City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. A 55-year-old male resident was allegedly attacked by an unemployed man, Satoshi Obara, who is suspected of attempting to kill him by slashing his neck with a kitchen knife in the corridor outside their shared apartment.

The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment and is reported to be in stable condition with no life-threatening injuries.

Police stated that the suspect fled the scene by car after the attack and was later apprehended at a relative’s residence.

During questioning, Obara admitted to the allegations, reportedly stating: “It is true that I struck him with a kitchen knife, and I had the intention that he should die.”
