《寶可夢卡牌遊戲》MEGA 系列第四彈擴充包「忍者飛旋 超級甲賀忍蛙ex」（日文：ニンジャスピナー，英文：Ninja Spinner）是日本版 Pokémon Trading Card Game MEGA Expansion Pack Ninja Spinner 的卡牌產品。本系列以超級進化寶可夢為主題，而本彈的核心寶可夢為 Mega Greninja。整體卡牌設計延續 MEGA 系列的特色，持續將超級進化的 Pokémon ex 與新訓練家卡導入卡牌遊戲之中。

此擴充包的內容設定與遊戲世界觀，主要參考來自 Pokémon Legends: Z-A 的劇情與角色。卡牌主題聚焦於卡洛斯地區的初始夥伴寶可夢，並以超級甲賀忍蛙 ex 作為核心卡。同時，本套牌也呼應《Pokémon Legends: Z-A》劇情的最終篇章，推出與 Mega Floette 以及 Ange 相關的卡牌設計，使整體系列與遊戲故事產生更緊密的連動。

《忍者飛旋》首先於日本在 2026 年 3 月 13 日發售，之後預計於 2026 年 3 月 27 日在台灣與香港推出當地版本。產品規格方面，每包補充包內含 5 張卡牌，每盒則包含 30 包補充包。卡牌採隨機封入方式，因此每包的卡牌內容皆可能不同。該系列所收錄的卡牌，未來也將被納入英文版擴充系列 Chaos Rising。

在產品資訊方面，日本地區的建議售價為每包 180 日圓（含稅），內容物為 5 張隨機卡牌。整體而言，「忍者飛旋」不僅延續 MEGA 系列對超級進化寶可夢的主題發展，也進一步將《Pokémon Legends: Z-A》的角色與世界觀整合進卡牌系統之中，成為該系列的重要一彈。

The Pokémon Card Game MEGA Series Expansion Pack “Ninja Spinner – Mega Greninja ex” (Japanese: ニンジャスピナー) is the fourth expansion released in the Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game MEGA Expansion Pack Ninja Spinner series. This set centers on Mega Greninja as its main featured Pokémon and continues the MEGA series’ focus on Mega Evolution Pokémon within the trading card game.

The expansion further introduces Mega Evolution Pokémon ex and Trainer cards inspired by the storyline and characters from Pokémon Legends: Z-A. “Ninja Spinner” was first released in Japan on March 13, 2026, and is scheduled to receive localized releases in Taiwan and Hong Kong on March 27, 2026. Each booster pack contains five randomly inserted cards, while each booster box includes thirty packs. The cards from this set are also included in the English-language expansion Chaos Rising.
