SEGA開發的奧林匹克運動會系列，分成夏季及冬季，遊戲加入許多任天堂授權的人物。第一款作品是2007年11月6日優先在北美市場販售的《瑪利歐＆索尼克 AT 北京奧運》(マリオ&ソニック AT 北京オリンピック/Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games)，在DS及Wii平台推出。是第一款整合兩大超人氣遊戲角色瑪利歐及音速小子的奧運競賽遊戲，融合多人共同遊戲的合作互動模式。雙平台的總銷售量超過千萬套，是該系列最熱賣的作品。Wii的版本可以搭配平衡板操作，讓玩家有更好的運動體驗。

 2009年10月13日在北美Wii及DS雙平台販售的《瑪利歐＆索尼克 AT 溫哥華奧運》(マリオ&ソニック AT バンクーバーオリンピック/Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games)，是繼2008年的北京奧運，SEGA及任天堂再度將瑪利歐(Mario)與索尼(Sonic)等招牌角色同聚一堂的運動競賽遊戲，是該系列的第二部作品，總銷售量超過800萬套。 以2010年的加拿大溫哥華冬季奧運會為舞台，可多人一同挑戰高山滑雪與滑冰競速等16項奧林匹克等級比賽。最多可以有四位玩家參加比賽，使用道具或是技能就能玩十一種夢幻競技的比賽，還新增3種派對遊戲。

The Olympic Games series developed by SEGA includes both summer and winter editions and features many characters licensed by Nintendo. The first game in the series, "Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games" (マリオ&ソニック AT 北京オリンピック/Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games), was released on November 6, 2007, initially in the North American market for the DS and Wii platforms. This game was the first to integrate the immensely popular characters Mario and Sonic in an Olympic competition setting, combining cooperative multiplayer gameplay. With total sales exceeding ten million copies across both platforms, it remains the best-selling game in the series. The Wii version can be played with the balance board, providing a more immersive exercise experience.

Following the success of the first game, "Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games" (マリオ&ソニック AT バンクーバーオリンピック/Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games) was released on October 13, 2009, in North America for both the Wii and DS platforms. This game, set against the backdrop of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, is the second installment in the series, bringing together iconic characters like Mario and Sonic once again for Olympic-themed competitions. The game sold over 8 million copies. Players can compete in 16 Olympic events such as alpine skiing and speed skating, with up to four players participating. The game also includes 11 dream events, featuring unique gameplay with items and special skills, as well as three new party games.
