Played from a first-person perspective, the game’s hallmark feature is its hybrid combat system, blending swordplay and gunplay. Thanks to the Wii MotionPlus, players can control the katana with high precision, executing horizontal slashes, vertical slashes, thrusts, and parries. Attacks can be fluidly chained together, allowing players to develop their own combo rhythms. The firearms portion follows traditional shooting mechanics, featuring weapons like revolvers, shotguns, and rifles, and players can instantly switch between sword and gun to maintain tactical flexibility.
