在河北滄州孟村縣，一起疑似家暴致死的案件近日引發社會強烈關注。25歲女子劉某某於2025年8月21日晚間疑似遭到丈夫金某施暴受傷，隨後被送往醫院搶救。然而，在隔日清晨，當劉某某的父親接到金某父親的電話趕到醫院時，卻發現女兒已經失去生命跡象。家屬表示，劉某某遺體上有明顯的傷痕，包括顱內出血、肺部損傷以及腰部骨折等，但醫院最初出具的死亡原因卻是「心梗死亡」，這一結果立刻引起家屬強烈質疑，並堅持要求進行驗屍。

在警方接警介入後，丈夫金某主動投案自首，其母親張某也因涉嫌幫助銷毀證據被帶走調查。隨著事件發展，8月24日，孟村警方正式通報，劉某某的死因是「鈍性外力致顱腦損傷死亡」。同時，警方對金某以涉嫌故意傷害致死罪進行刑事拘留，而其母張某則因涉嫌幫助毀滅證據同樣被刑拘。

案件並未止於孟村當地，8月25日，案件依照規定移交至肅寧縣公安局進一步偵辦，由滄州市公安局全程指定並監督，以確保案件能夠依法公正處理。婦女聯合會以及相關社區部門也同步介入，調查劉某某過往是否曾遭受過家暴。值得注意的是，當地婦聯與社區在事發後表示，過去從未接收到劉某某或其親友有關家暴的投訴或反映。

此案不僅因年輕女子的離世而令人痛心，更因其涉及的家庭暴力疑雲，引發輿論的廣泛關注與討論。社會各界普遍呼籲，應更加嚴格落實對受害女性的保護機制，確保家暴受害者能在第一時間得到幫助與干預，同時也要求司法部門對加害者依法嚴懲，以警示後續類似事件不再重演。

In Mengcun County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, a tragic case of suspected domestic violence resulting in death has stirred widespread public concern. On the evening of August 21, 2025, a 25-year-old woman, Liu Moumou, was allegedly assaulted by her husband, Jin Mou, and sustained severe injuries before being rushed to the hospital. The following morning, after receiving a call from Jin’s father, Liu’s father hurried to the hospital only to find that his daughter had already passed away. According to the family, Liu’s body showed clear signs of trauma, including intracranial hemorrhage, lung damage, and spinal fractures. However, the hospital’s initial death certificate listed the cause as “heart attack,” which immediately triggered strong suspicion from the family, who insisted on an autopsy.

Police soon intervened after receiving a report. Jin turned himself in, while his mother, Zhang Mou, was taken into custody on suspicion of helping to destroy evidence. On August 24, Mengcun police officially announced that Liu had died of “blunt force trauma leading to cranial-brain injury.” Jin was criminally detained on charges of intentional assault causing death, while Zhang was also placed under criminal detention for suspected evidence destruction.

The case did not remain solely within the jurisdiction of Mengcun. On August 25, it was transferred to Suning County police for further investigation, under the supervision of the Cangzhou Public Security Bureau to ensure fairness and due process. Women’s rights organizations and local community departments also launched inquiries into whether Liu had previously suffered from domestic violence. Notably, both the local Women’s Federation and the community stated that they had never received any prior reports of domestic abuse involving Liu.

This case has not only caused grief over the death of a young woman but also triggered widespread debate due to its alleged link to domestic violence. Public voices are calling for stricter and more effective protective measures for women, ensuring that victims of abuse can receive timely intervention and support. At the same time, many are urging the judicial system to impose severe penalties on perpetrators, both to deliver justice to the victim and to serve as a warning to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
