After arriving on Earth, she met and married the son of the leader of the Land of Ancestors, and later gave birth to two sons: Hagoromo Otsutsuki (the Sage of Six Paths) and Hamura Otsutsuki.

Due to the fall of a meteor, a Divine Tree with immense power appeared on Earth. Facing constant wars and conflicts on Earth, Kaguya decided to consume the Chakra Fruit of the Divine Tree to gain ultimate power to end the wars and rule the world. After consuming the fruit, Kaguya became the first person on Earth to possess chakra and began to enforce her rule.

With her limitless power and the strength of the Divine Tree, Kaguya became the host of the Ten-Tails. To achieve her vision of peace, she cast "Infinite Tsukuyomi," a technique that traps everyone in the world in an endless dream.
